Soledad P. Martínez

Volunteer mentor with Crescent Community Trust

  • 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
  • Crescent Community Trust
  • Since 2002
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,080 people through Crescent Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Soledad

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
