Baking, done properly

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1988 in Tarragona and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Soledad: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

You taught me the trade. I run my own shop now. Greetings from Erie.
