For 37 years I have been the French teacher at Unity Academy. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Soledad
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
