Soledad F. Ibarra
Writing mentor, La Plata
- 🇦🇷 La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- La Plata Association
- Since 2002
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through La Plata Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Soledad
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
