Soledad A. Velasco

Mentor in first-generation students and public speaking

  • 🇺🇸 Mobile, Alabama, United States
  • Mobile Youth Network
  • 1982 to 2014
  • English, Spanish
For 32 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
