Helping people break into leadership
- 🇨🇴 Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia
- Since 1978
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,500 people through Good Shepherd Youth Network.
I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Soledad
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Soledad: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
