Helping people break into nursing
- 🇧🇩 Bogra, Rajshahi, Bangladesh
- Lotus Youth Network
- 2003 to 2022
- English
For 19 years I've mentored people in nursing and recovery. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Sohel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
