Sofía T. Tapia

Youth martial arts coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Akron, Ohio, United States
  • Fairview Community Club
  • Since 1989
  • English, Spanish
I'm a martial arts coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,260 kids fall in love with the game. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
