My trade is tiling. I opened my own shop in 1988 in Novosibirsk and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sofia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Sofia: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
