Sofía N. Ramírez

Nursing mentor, Arlington

  • 🇺🇸 Arlington, Texas, United States
  • Arlington Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1981
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,760 people through Arlington Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
