Baking for 14 years in Rome
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Old Rome Trades Guild
- Since 2012
- Italian, Spanish
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Rome, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
More about Sofia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
