Weaving for nine years in Bakersfield
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Since 2017
- English, Spanish, French
My trade is weaving. I opened my own shop in 2017 in Bakersfield and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 22 years later for another job.
More about Sofía
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Sofía: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
