Sofía K. Vargas
First-generation students mentor, Ciudad de México
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Ciudad de México Youth Network
- 2016 to 2024
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 330 people through Ciudad de México Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sofía
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
