Mentor in small business and design

For 31 years I've mentored people in small business and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
