Sofía G. Moreno
Mentor in software and first-generation students
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
- Andes Youth Network
- Since 1980
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,020 people through Andes Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Sofía
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
