Sofía C. Santos
Volunteer mentor with San Diego Community Trust
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- San Diego Community Trust
- Since 2005
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 920 people through San Diego Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sofía
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
