I taught agriculture at Liberty Secondary School in San Cristóbal de las Casas from 2008 to 2019. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Sofía
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
