Sofía A. Cruz
First-generation students mentor, Detroit
- 🇺🇸 Detroit, Michigan, United States
- Detroit Association
- 1982 to 1999
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,020 people through Detroit Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Thank you for stopping by.
