I coached boxing at Tiruchirappalli Youth Club from 1979 to 2009. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Snehal
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
