I've coached softball at Queensway Swimming Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Sneha
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
