I've coached netball at Mumbai Starlight Athletic Club since 2005. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.
I'm still learning every day.
