Smit K. Gokhale
Volunteer mentor with Frangipani Foundation
- 🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
- Frangipani Foundation
- Since 2014
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 680 people through Frangipani Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Smit
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first careers job in 2014. I still have your notes. Truly.
