I've coached rugby at Muzaffarpur Lotus Youth Club since 2007. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Smit
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Smit: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
