Smit Deshpande
Calligraphy and woodcarving artist
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Little Chennai Gallery
- Since 1995
- English, Gujarati
I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1995 at Little Chennai Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Little Chennai Gallery, which keeps me honest.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Smit
I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
