Smit B. Solanki
Teacher at Kolkata Academy, loves history
- 🇮🇳 Kolkata, West Bengal, India
- Kolkata Academy
- 2016 to 2024
- English, Marathi
For eight years I was the history teacher at Kolkata Academy. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Smit
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Smit: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
