Skylar Kirby
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom
- The Stonebridge Trades Guild
- 1987 to 1995
- English, French
I've worked in bicycle repair from 1987 to 1995. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 400 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
