Skylar Hendricks

Design and technology and English literature teacher, Worcester

🇺🇸 Worcester, Massachusetts, United States
Heritage Secondary School
2013 to 2023
English

I taught design and technology at Heritage Secondary School in Worcester from 2013 to 2023. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. Over the years I had 460 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Skylar

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

I was in your mixed-ability classes class in 2024. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Galway.
