Baking for 38 years in Coventry
- 🇬🇧 Coventry, England, United Kingdom
- Old Gateway Shop
- Since 1988
- English
I've worked in baking since 1988. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,860 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
