Siva P. Vaidyanathan
Youth rugby coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India
- Jodhpur Community Club
- Since 1985
- English, Kannada
For 41 years I've run the rugby program at Jodhpur Community Club in Jodhpur. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Siva
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
