Siti Sihombing
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇩 Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia
- The Denpasar Works
- 2008 to 2021
- English, Spanish
I'm a thatching specialist. If you live around Denpasar, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Siti
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Siti: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
