Mentor in writing and small business

- 1998 to 2016

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,080 people through Kilimanjaro Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Siti
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
