For 15 years I've run the boxing program at Good Shepherd Swimming Club in Denpasar. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Siti
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
