I've coached cycling at Queensway Community Club since 1996. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Sita
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Sita: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the rainy sports day. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Kinondoni.
