Sita Bista

Mathematics and agriculture teacher, Lalitpur

  • 🇳🇵 Lalitpur, Bagmati, Nepal
  • Beacon Girls' School
  • 1998 to 2013
  • English, Nepali
Beacon Girls' School was my second home. I taught mathematics there from 1998 to 2013, mostly Grade 11. Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I never turned anyone away. I'm still learning every day.

More about Sita

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
