I taught agriculture at Crescent Public School in Jakarta from 2007 to 2021. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 280 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
