I coached martial arts at Kilkenny Sports Club from 1992 to 2013. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Sinead
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Sinead: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
