Simone Philippe
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Limoges Art Collective
- 🇫🇷 Limoges, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France
- Old Limoges Art Collective
- 1981 to 2018
- French, English
I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes oil painting. My first show was in 1981 at Old Limoges Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Limoges Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
More about Simone
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Simone: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
