Simone Lúcia Martins
Rugby coach, Brookfield Youth Club
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Brookfield Youth Club
- 1979 to 1988
- Portuguese
I coached rugby at Brookfield Youth Club from 1979 to 1988. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Simone
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
