Simone Elaine Alves

Baseball coach, São Paulo Football Club

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Since 1996
  • English, Portuguese
I've coached baseball at São Paulo Football Club since 1996. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. I'm still learning every day.

More about Simone

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Simone: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
