Simone Bruna Santos

Jazz player and teacher in Rio de Janeiro

🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Jacaranda Ensemble
2005 to 2018
English

I've played jazz from 2005 to 2018, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach. I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

More about Simone

I wrote my first song when I was 21. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Simone: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
