I've coached chess at Campinas Sports Club since 1985. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Simone
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Simone: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
