For 35 years I've run the cross country program at Kilimanjaro Athletic Club in Cologne. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
