I've coached baseball at Dortmund Sakura Community Club since 1982. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
More about Simon
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

You coached me in 1990. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Daegu.
