Simon Beck

Mentor in first-generation students and public speaking

🇩🇪 Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany
Victory Foundation
2015 to 2023
German

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 230 people through Victory Foundation. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

More about Simon

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
