For eleven years I have been the economics teacher at Mombasa Girls' School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 660 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Simiyu
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
