Simiyu Kipchoge Githinji
Mural painting artist in Dar es Salaam
- 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

I'm a mural painting artist based in Dar es Salaam. I've been making things since 1998 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by old photographs. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Simiyu
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Simiyu: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
