Simiyu Bakari Mwende
Mural painting artist in Kikuyu
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- The Brookfield Art Collective
- 2004 to 2025

I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes photography. My first show was in 2004 at The Brookfield Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the changing seasons. I fix old bicycles.
More about Simiyu
I've had 14 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
