Helping people break into trades
- 🇪🇸 San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain
- Lincoln Association
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Spanish
For eight years I've mentored people in trades and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Silvia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Silvia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
