Silvia R. Ramírez
Martial arts and fitness coach, Allentown
- 🇺🇸 Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States
- 2004 to 2014
- English, Spanish
For ten years I ran the martial arts program at Allentown Orchid Sports Club in Allentown. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
