Silvia Leone
Volunteer mentor with Palermo Foundation
- 🇮🇹 Palermo, Sicily, Italy
- Palermo Foundation
- Since 1993
- English, Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,550 people through Palermo Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Silvia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
